1. Where do you source your coffee beans?

We ethically source our beans from top coffee-growing regions around the world, including Brazil, Costa Rica, Rwanda, and Ethiopia. We work with responsible farmers who prioritize quality and sustainability.

2. How fresh is your coffee?

We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Every bag is shipped within days of roasting so you get the best possible flavor in every cup.

3. Do you offer ground coffee or whole beans?

We offer both! You can choose between whole beans or pre-ground coffee based on your preferred brewing method (Beans ,Ground Espresso, Filter coffee).

4. How should I store my coffee?

To maintain freshness, store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid storing it in the fridge or freezer, as moisture can affect the beans' flavor.

5. What’s the best way to brew your coffee?

It depends on your preference! We recommend pour-over for bright and complex flavors, French press for a full-bodied taste, and espresso for a strong, bold kick. Need help? Check out our Brew Guide!

6. Do you offer decaf coffee?

Absolutely! Our Decaf Rwanda is naturally decaffeinated while maintaining its rich, honeyed, and fruity flavor.

7. How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days, and shipping typically takes 2-4 business days within the UK. We currently only ship within the UK.

8. Can I return or exchange my coffee?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right!
